Girls’ Girl merchandise is sold by Duranté Studios Ltd. These Shop Terms apply to purchases made through the Girls’ Girl website, store and connected checkout pages.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Shop Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Girls’ Girl is not a separate corporation.
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
A minor may place an order only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the order and payment.
All current and future Girls’ Girl products are made to order unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Production begins after payment is confirmed. Because products are made specifically in response to an order, they may not be immediately available for shipment.
Please review the product description, size information, estimated production time and Shipping & Returns Policy before ordering.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, measurements, photographs and pricing accurately.
Actual colours may vary because of screen settings, lighting, garment washes and production processes. Made-to-order garments may also have reasonable variations in colour, texture, wash, print placement, measurements or finish.
These reasonable variations are not necessarily defects.
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination. Shipping charges are also subject to applicable GST/HST.
Girls’ Girl may update prices at any time before an order is placed.
Orders must be paid in full at checkout using an available payment method.
Payment processing is provided by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Duranté Studios Ltd. does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Submitting an order does not require Girls’ Girl to fulfil it where:
Payment is declined or reversed
The product is unavailable
Production is no longer possible
A material pricing or product-description error occurred
Fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected
The order cannot lawfully be fulfilled
If Girls’ Girl cancels an order because it cannot be produced or fulfilled, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.
This includes changes to:
Product
Size
Colour
Quantity
Shipping address
Shipping method
If you entered incorrect information, you may need to place a new order. Contact us promptly if you discover an error, but assistance or changes cannot be guaranteed.
This policy does not remove any cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded.
Bundle pricing, promotional pricing and coupon codes cannot be combined unless a promotion expressly states otherwise.
Girls’ Girl may establish eligibility conditions, dates, quantity limits and exclusions for promotions.
Girls’ Girl may correct or cancel a promotion affected by a material pricing or technical error, subject to applicable law.
Girls’ Girl currently ships to eligible Canadian addresses for a flat tracked shipping charge of $17.99 per order, plus applicable taxes.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. A customer will not be charged another Girls’ Girl shipping fee solely because an order is divided into multiple packages.

Girls’ Girl products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of:
Sizing or fit preference
Colour preference
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item or size
Reasonable garment or screen-colour variation
Customer-caused damage
Failure to follow care instructions
This final-sale policy does not apply where a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, different from what was ordered or where another remedy is required by law.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or video of the product
Photographs of the packaging or shipping label where relevant
Do not return an item unless return instructions have been provided.
Girls’ Girl will review the claim with its fulfilment provider and provide the appropriate available remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing and shipping information.
Girls’ Girl is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address, incorrect telephone number, failure to respond to a carrier, refusal of delivery or failure to claim a package.
Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is requested.
Customers may submit reviews, photographs, feedback or other content where that feature is available.
Tagging Girls’ Girl or Duranté Studios does not automatically give us permission to use an identifiable photograph in advertising or marketing.
We will request permission before reposting identifiable customer photographs for promotional purposes.
If permission is granted, you confirm that you have the right to provide the content and any necessary permission from individuals shown in it.
Duranté Studios Ltd. will donate 1% of net Girls’ Girl product sales, calculated over Duranté Studios Ltd.’s fiscal year, to a Canadian registered charity selected annually by the company.
“Net Girls’ Girl product sales” means product revenue after discounts, returns and refunds and excludes taxes and shipping charges.
The annual contribution will be made within 90 days after the end of the applicable fiscal year.
The selected charity may change from year to year. Purchasing a product does not make the customer the donor and does not entitle the customer to a charitable donation receipt.
Girls’ Girl names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, text and other original content belong to Duranté Studios Ltd. or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, resell or commercially exploit this content without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
You may not use the website or store to:
Commit fraud or make an unauthorized purchase
Interfere with website security or operation
Upload malicious code
Scrape or collect information without authorization
Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
Make a purchase for unlawful resale or counterfeit activity
Violate applicable law
The store may use third-party providers for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, production, fulfilment, shipping and communications.
We are not responsible for a third-party service interruption or delay outside our reasonable control. This does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Displaying a product does not guarantee that it will remain available.
Girls’ Girl may limit quantities, discontinue products, revise designs or refuse orders where reasonably necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, Duranté Studios Ltd. is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Duranté Studios Ltd., Duranté Photography and Girls’ Girl collect, use and disclose personal information.
Order information may be shared with payment, fulfilment and shipping providers as necessary to complete the purchase.
These Shop Terms may be updated periodically. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
The Terms presented when an order is placed will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
These Shop Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
